Judy and Jimmy work as a team with Jimmy as Judy's assistant. Most clients will meet both of us on showings as Jimmy does the driving, opens lockboxes, turns on lights, and then turns them off while Judy has her full attention on you and any questions you might have. Jimmy handles the paperwork and transaction management.

Then she will negotiate on your behalf to make sure you get the most favorable terms. It's Judy's job to look after your best interests, and she will do so at no extra cost to you as a buyer.
